2. We have purchased a lot and we want to start the building process, but are not sure where to begin. Can BB Construction Leadership us ‘get the ball rolling’?
YES! We will review your building site and help you determine the best location for your home. We have a good experience and knowledge of the local municipalities and will make the procurement process easy for you.
2.1 We want to begin the building process but have no idea what it will cost. Can BB Construction Leadership help us put together a budget?
YES! We will start by reviewing your situation and give you some ‘rules of thumb’ pricing for all the aspects of your project. We base this pricing on industry standards and our years of experience. If you feel the budget we propose is close to what you expect to spend, we will prepare a firm bid based on the plans you or our associates provide. The firm bid will be on a time and cost basis and we will give you an estimate of what time and costs will be. The cost of a portion of the bid will be deducted from the project cost should you choose to have us build it.
2.2 What if we do not have drawings?
We are working with a number of architects who have done great work for our clients.
3. What if we already have drawings or an architect?
We are happy to create new professional relationships.
4. Who else do we need to hire?
BB Construction Leaders is a full-service general contractor, and we can coordinate and supervise all phases and aspects of the building process. We provide all the carpentry and general contracting for your project. We coordinate and oversee quality subcontractors to take on things like excavation, masonry, plumbing, electric, painting, etc.
5. Do you have houses for sale?
We have a lot of houses in the Black sea coast area. They are in our "For Sale" section.
7. How can an order be placed?
You will be consulted with English speaking specialists in order to understand your particular requirements.
After specifying defining the project and all your requirements we will send you detailed contract.
The payments are made through bank transfer or cash. In order to be able to receive e- mails from us, please, be aware that your e- mail box is tuned to receive attachments such as Excel, PDF files and pictures in JPG format.
8. Is VAT included in the price?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
9. What types of payments are accepted?
Bank transfers
Cash on delivery
A prepayment of 70 % is required 5 days after signing the contract.
The rest of 30 % are payable after the project is ready.
All payments are processed after the conclusion of legal order contract with us in accordance to the Bulgarian laws.
10. Can I get invoice for my order?
Yes. Please email to buildbulgaria@alabala.com quoting your name, or company name and details (if you want invoice for your Bulgarian company) and we will post an invoice to your billing address.
11. What are the legal requirements an order to be processed?
The construction contract settles the relation between each customer as an ordering person and us “Build Bulgaria construction Leaders” Ltd., as an executor. We, confirm that the construction contract is made to protect the customers.
To confirm the conclusion of the construction contract the customer as ordering person have to sign and return back the signed copy of the contract to us.
The order contract will be sent to our customers by e- mail or handed in to the ordering person or an attorney on place - at our office.
There are three ways the contract to be signed and returned to us:
The ordering person to sign the contract and the Acceptance protocol on place (or at our office), if in presence in Bulgaria;
An attorney of the ordering person to sign the contract and the Acceptance protocol on place (or at our office).
When the contract is received by the ordering person by e- mail to sign it and send a copy to us by e- mail below or on the following fax number +359 52 070707 and send the originals per post on the address of the company.
12. What are the discounts available?
We give discounts on large orders – more than 8, 000 EUR. Call or e -mail us for a quote.
Discounts are applied when we receive and process the order.
